Damage & Loss Policy

We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining the high quality and peaceful environment of our hotel. The following policy ensures comfort, safety, and fairness for all visitors and the protection of our facilities.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are held responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss caused during their stay, whether intentionally or by negligence — including damage caused by children, companions, or visitors under their care.
Compensation for Damages
The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card or deduct from any deposit to cover the cost of:
- Broken or damaged items (e.g. lighting fixtures, appliances, textiles)
- Stained linens, walls, or furniture (e.g. from cosmetics, wine, etc.)
- Damage to mattresses, equipment, electronics, or interior structures
In all cases, guests will be informed in writing, with an official damage report and cost breakdown.
Excessive Cleaning Charges
In cases of extensive soiling (e.g. spills on mattresses, misuse of the room), a deep cleaning fee may be applied, following inspection and confirmation by hotel management.
Loss or Theft
The hotel is not liable for lost or damaged personal items not declared or deposited for safekeeping. We encourage guests to use the in-room safe for valuables.
